Lassen County Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Member Service Representative.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Member Service Representative (MSR) is the first line of contact for members when calling or entering the Credit Union. The MSR serves to provide excellent service to our members.
Member service consists of performing transactions and duties in an accurate and timely manner while ensuring the members’ needs are met. Daily duties consist of opening accounts, processing transactions, negotiating monetary instruments, recommending products and services that meet the members’ financial needs and promoting the Credit Union.
